DISABILITY PROJECTS

We create sensitive people focused design & buildings that optimise capabilities & lifestyle choices for people living & working with, or supporting someone living with a disability. We have specialist experience in projects for people with Dementia, adult acquired brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Prada Willi & many other physical and intellectual disabilities.

All our buildings incorporate sustainable design principles. The level of eco-design is matched to your needs, budget and lifestyle. For some clients it is a fully solar powered, storm-water fed, low toxic home or building. For others it is a passive solar designed building that maximizes natural light, warmth & ventilation and minimizes on- going energy & water costs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project management service ensures quality control and reduces your stress levels. We manage the myriad ongoing decisions needed during construction, monitor finances and co-ordinate the consultants and builders.

We enable our clients to enjoy a sometimes demanding but exciting design and construction process. Eco-style takes care of increasingly complex legislative requirements for you such as Council regulations, compulsory water and energy efficiency requirements, and bush fire risk management.

Models

We build physical concept models as well as use the latest computer technology.  Models are a great problem solving and design tool.  Our clients find it is a great way to understand their building.
