Our Office

This is our open plan, sunny office in the centre of the Hobart CBD. Drop in during office hours to see our models, eco-products or talk to one of the friendly team about architectural services or how to green your home of business.

Production Capacity

Eco-style has an agreement with a larger architectural company that provides us with the additional production capacity to confidently undertake projects of any size and value.

Our Network

Eco-style has a strong network of external consultants, specialist experts and practitioners enabling us to access a broad range of information to provide the best possible solutions for your project. We seek their involvement early in the project creating integrated, cohesive outcomes.

About Karen

Karen is a registered architect, accredited Greenstar Professional and Director/Owner of the Eco-style group of companies. Educated in NSW and Tasmania, she has worked in both government and private practices. She has travelled extensively, served as Tasmanian RAIA State Chapter Councillor, Chair of the State Membership Committee, Chair of the Women in Architecture committee and taught design at TAFE. Karen has served as a judge on the SWT Blythe, the James Blackburn Triennial Awards and RAIA Tasmanian Chapter Awards juries and as an examiner for the Board of Architects.

Karen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Business Network International and serves on the Tasmania Property Agents Tribunal.

In addition to her architectural qualifications, she has also completed numerous health and lifestyle, business and management courses as well as studying Economics and Sociology at University.
