Property Development and Joint Venture Projects

Eco-style is a dynamic group of companies providing a comprehensive range of design, property development, project management and advisory services to markets in the built environment.

The Eco-style brand is being developed so that it will be well known throughout Australia and synonymous with services related to the built environment that improve people’s lives while reducing the cost and impact and the planet.

We are very excited by our recent expansion and diversification into property development.

We are currently engaged in several of our own multi-residential developments which are jointly owned by Eco-style and one of our joint venture partners. This has provided us with invaluable “at the coalface” experience that further improves our ability to understand project requirements and market parameters for your project.

Our role has included design and documentation as well as the co-ordinating of builders, council approval processes through to selecting, sourcing and negotiating the purchase price of appliances, lighting, floor finishes and project management of the construction process.

This experience provides us with an edge in understanding the market and working to a business model. It also brings us closer to our goal to make sustainable buildings more accessible to more people.

We are interested in developing other joint projects as well as working as consultants/ project managers for your projects.

The first of our own developments is due to start construction before Christmas 2007, with two other projects in the north of Tasmania currently in the design stage.
